Policies

Software Maintenance and Technical Support Policy

isee systems provides software maintenance and technical support to customers who own a current support plan.

Technical support is provided by telephone or email and includes software installation support, troubleshooting, and general "how-to" questions. Maintenance includes new features, updates, and bug fixes.

Eligibility: Not all software owners are eligible for support plans. One year of Software Maintenance and Technical Support is included with all purchased licenses except individual student licenses.

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, excluding company holidays, from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time (US and Canada).

Evaluation License Policy

The evaluation license discount may only be used towards the purchase of one new software license. This discount is not valid for other products or services.

Purchase Order Policy

We accept purchase orders for orders over $2,000.00 (two thousand dollars) or from K-12 School Districts in the United States and Canada for any amount. Our terms are Net 30 Days and full payment is due within 30 days of invoicing. Email orders@iseesystems.com if you require our W9. Our US EIN (Federal Tax Id) is 02-0385795.

We are not able to accept purchase orders for less than this amount.

Refund Policy


Software:

Due to the intangible nature of software, we do not give refunds for software purchases.

Online Training Courses:

Due to the intangible nature of online training, we do not give refunds for training course purchases.

Printed Matter:

isee systems must be informed within 10 days from date of purchase that you wish to return printed matter. isee systems must receive the returned printed matter in saleable condition within 30 days from date of purchase. Printed matter must be returned by traceable means.

Workshops:

Workshop registration fees are refundable up until two weeks prior to a scheduled workshop. If a registrant cancels within two weeks of a scheduled training, the fee will be credited towards a future workshop.

User Conference:

User Conference fees are refundable up until 90 days prior to a scheduled conference. No refunds will be allowed within 90 days of a scheduled conference.
