After you've put down building blocks or other objects and made connections, you can edit what you've built. First, select the item. Once the item is selected, you can move it, size it, change its appearance, or delete it.
Note: You can select items whenever the cursor changes to a Move tool.
The item will be selected, handles will appear on it, and its properties will appear in the Properties panel.
Once you've selected the building block or object, you can move or edit it. For more information, see Working with Building Blocks and Working with Objects.
To resize an item select it, then drag one of the resize handles by pressing the mouse button down over it, dragging the mouse, then releasing the mouse button.
To move an item select it, then drag it by pressing the mouse button down between the resizing handles (or any selected item), moving the mouse and then releasing the mouse button. You can also move an item by pressing the mouse button down over the item (not the label) moving the mouse and releasing the mouse button.
Note To move items only vertically or horizontally press and hold down the Shift key before beginning the move.
